This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are bright, curious learners who thrive when they have the right tools to dive into reading and writing. With your support, we can provide essential materials like composition notebooks for daily writing, reflection, and note-taking, highlighters to help students practice close reading and annotation, and anchor charts that break down key concepts and stay visible throughout the year as learning references.
These tools will empower students to organize their thoughts, highlight important ideas, and take ownership of their learning.
Each notebook will serve as a personal space for creativity and academic growth. Every highlighter will make reading more interactive and engaging. And our anchor charts will turn the walls into living, breathing lessons that students can refer to again and again.
Together, we can create a classroom that is not only literacy-rich but also lively, colorful, and inspiring a space where students don’t just come to learn, but are excited to grow.
