Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We teach Early Childhood Special Education students that range in ages 3-6. With the current curriculum we are required to use, we are asked to provide opportunities for them to write even if that means scribbles.

With these dry erase boards (that they love to use) they will be able to practice writing skills and see their work as it happens.

The students will love to erase the mark they make with these whiteboard erasers.

Additionally, with the clipboards they will be able to walk around the room and/or school and "take notes" of what they see. Being able to see their own work encourages them to keep trying and eventually be able to write words on their own.
