This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are becoming amazing little writers, however, they are in need of a writing center. I want to have a designated writing center that is inviting and will allow them to use their imaginations. I currently have a variety of vocabulary cards that I would like to display for my writing center. This pocket chart will allow me to display the vocabulary cards along with sentence frames. This pocket chart will allow my students to comfortably reach the vocabulary cards so they can use them while they write. It will also help keep the writing center organized.
