Writing can be Fun!

My students need 16 Boogie Boards to write. In an effort to reduce waste and make writing fun I believe the students would benefit from these writing tablets.

My Students

I can have up to 18 students at a time in my classroom. My students are very diverse ethnically with many being brand new to this country and unable to speak or understand English.

All of these students are at-risk.

Many come from single parent household while the rest are living in multiple family stacked households. Coming to school is an escape for them and I try to provide them with a happy, healthy environment where they can feel safe to explore.

My Project

My students will be able to write without worry of making mistakes. We can stop wasting paper and dry erase markers which assists us in our green school initiatives. The children will enjoy using this technology and not have to take turns or fight over them.

We write daily and these can be used in small groups, large groups, at planning time and for journaling.

I know these Boogie Boards would be a huge hit and help stop the moans and groans of writing practice. These tablets are easy to use for children of all developmental levels. Help make my students into life long writers!
