My Project
My writing and research center project on DonorsChoose aims to enhance students' research and writing skills by providing essential tools that make their work more dynamic and engaging. To start, I plan to improve students’ organizational and note-taking skills with a supply of Post-it notes. These sticky notes will serve as a versatile tool for brainstorming, organizing thoughts, and managing research notes effectively. Students can easily jot down key points, create outlines, and track their progress, which will support their writing process and boost their ability to synthesize information.
Additionally, a key component of this initiative is the addition of a colored printer, which will enable students to bring their research to life with vibrant, high-quality images.
This visual enhancement not only makes presentations more compelling but also aids in better understanding and retention of the material. By printing colorful graphics and charts, students will be able to create visually appealing reports and projects that stand out.
