This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I teach 6th grade Ethnic Studies; my students were 3rd graders during the pandemic and i have noticed their penmanship has been dramatically affected. This is due to at home and online learning / typing. Now that they are back in the classroom, I am implementing a reflection assignment daily to help them express their thoughts and for them to practice their penmanship. you contribution will help bring our students back up to speed with their writing and penmanship skills while also helping them reflect on powerful topics like identity and diversity.
