it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Journaling helps students process their worries. This project will enable students to spend time listening to calming music with their new headsets while writing in their journals. Each morning our 5th graders start the day with journal time. These are quiet moments that students can reflect. If they care to, these journal entries may be shared or kept private.
This project will enable students to have the resources they need to journal with fun writing utensils, headsets, and other much-needed supplies.
Keeping a journal allows students to become better writers so that they may process some of their worries.
