My Project
I teach English language arts for grades 6-12 in a small school. If we are lucky we have one grade level teacher for each grade in elementary, but often classes are doubled. Additionally, the elementary curriculum is focused more on reading than on writing, and I get students in the 6th grade who can write complete sentences and nothing more.
These writing resources will help them be successful in middle and high school, and are needed, as our curriculum is for students who can write in a variety of ways.
