Help me give my students the equitable access to responding to their teachers using white board and dry erase markers.

My Students
My students are creative, thoughtful and most certainly represent the brightest minds in Philadelphia! They love hands-on, active, engaging lessons and feel valued when they have an opportunity to have their voices heard. They come to school ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. I am astounded by the resilience of the students who have had their academic career shifted from in person, to virtual, to hybrid and finally back to in person. I am inspired by those students who began school during the pandemic but never set foot into their school building until this year. These children are a true inspiration.
Most students in my school come in saying their families can't afford to keep buying them school supplies and these same students rely on the teacher and they school to supply the materials they need to continue on their path to excellence.
But day after day they show up and use the same old and tattered materials without a single complaint. All students, no matter what they experience in their homes, deserve equity in the classroom and I am determined to provide them with that.
My Project
Many families with kids at my school do not have the means to purchase their own dry erase markers. Some teachers have purchased class sets but it is a few months into school and they are already dried up and unusable.
The most effective and equitable way for students to respond to teacher questioning is by using dry erase markers on their dry erase boards.
Returning to school after the pandemic has had an effective on our students willingness to participate. Please help us get our students writing right away!
