My Students

The 27 eager fifth graders in my class are excited about learning! My students are making great progress and growth this year. I have found that my students are most successful when they are provided with differentiated learning opportunities that meet their individualized learning styles.

There are students from all over the United States who come to our school by choice to obtain the best education that they can.

We believe in providing our students with an exceptional learning experience. It is very important to us that we help each of our students achieve their very best by setting high expectations and supporting our students as they reach those achievements. As a public charter school, we receive less funding than a traditional public school, yet we are consistently able to do more with less. We are proud of the great progress our students are making and looking forward to even greater achievements.

My Project

The impact of the Coronavirus has changed the way we as educators and students approach learning. Part of that approach is embracing the flexible ways in which a student can learn. Learning is blended, incorporating the use of digital technology and other resources. Learning is hybrid, utilizing both remote and in-person instructional methods. More than ever, learning is flexible, providing choices in learning from the classroom environment to the utensils used to complete tasks.

When you donate to this project, you are supplying the choice for classroom storage and organization options through cubby shelves as well as the choice for how assignments are written through an assortment of writing utensils.

In spite of the Coronavirus, our learning continues forward. A flexible learning environment helps ensure these students are motivated and ready for each school day.
