My Students
I teach amazing First Graders. They come to school every day ready to learn and and inspire me to be the best teacher I can be. My students come from diverse backgrounds and a variety of home circumstances. These children come to school not only to learn and to be loved, but to create friendships that will last a lifetime.
I strive to make my classroom a school family where everyone is accepted and differences are embraced.
My students deserve the best I can offer them. We learn (lots and lots), laugh and sometimes even cry together. Successes are celebrated and every amount of effort along the journey is heavily praised.
The students in my classroom are treated like they are my children. I am excited to see them every day and they are excited to see me. They are elated when I notice a new outfit or acknowledge a haircut. It's the little things that go a long way in the classroom and I strive to make every child feel as they are the most important child to me.

Year after year the students in my class amaze me. They come to school with such a variety of backgrounds and learning opportunities and they give me their best day in and day out!

We are requesting Wobble Stools and Wobble Cushions that will allow for an appropriate level of movement while learning.
These flexible seating options will be added to my classroom collection. With more options available, more students will benefit. I do not have any Wobble Stools or Wobble Cushions in my classroom collection of flexible seating. I can't wait to see the students' faces when these are added to the collection. It's going to make their day!
