My Students
I enjoy when students walk into a classroom and never want to leave. So far I've been blessed with classes that enjoy being in the classroom. I believe in making learning fun. I was the kind of student who learned best from hands-on activities and I believe that it is beneficial and fun to all students.
I work in an inclusion setting with students with special needs.
It is my hope to teach my students to be able to live in a world that they can contribute in.
My Project
This year I would like my students to learn more about sustainability. It is my goal for them to learn how to create a sustainable future that they can contribute to.
With these worms and composting bin, I plan to teach my students how to reduce, reuse and recycle in a fun way.
My students enjoy bugs and worms and I will use that interest to engage their learning.
I also plan on incorporating a garden as soon as the soil will be ready. This way I can also teach my students how to grow their own food. To create a sustainable future for themselves.
