My Project

What I love most about my students is their innate curiosity and eagerness to learn about the world around them. Their thirst for knowledge and enthusiasm for exploring the intricacies of history inspire me every day. Each student brings their own unique perspective, experiences, and insights to the classroom, enriching our discussions and deepening our collective understanding of the past. It's incredibly rewarding to witness their growth and development as they engage with complex historical concepts and grapple with the challenges and triumphs of different civilizations throughout time.

In order to support my students' learning in our world history class, I seek out a variety of teaching materials and resources tailored to their diverse learning styles and interests.

Research papers provide students with the opportunity to delve deeply into specific topics, fostering critical thinking skills and encouraging independent inquiry. By analyzing primary sources, such as documents, artifacts, and eyewitness accounts, students gain a deeper understanding of historical events and develop the ability to interpret evidence and draw their own conclusions. Additionally, incorporating visual aids like posters, maps, and timelines helps to make abstract concepts more tangible and accessible, while guest speakers and field trips provide real-world context and bring history to life in a meaningful way. Overall, by utilizing a range of teaching materials and resources, I aim to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment where students can explore the complexities of world history and cultivate a lifelong love of learning.
