My Project
My K-6 grade ESL students come from diverse backgrounds. While they are eager to learn about the world through science and history, many lack access to books that reflect their languages and experiences.
I want to create an inclusive classroom library with bilingual books that cover grade-level topics, like ecosystems, weather, and famous historical figures.
These books will help my students connect to the curriculum, improve their reading skills, and celebrate their linguistic and cultural diversity. With your support, we'll bring the wonders of science and history in their language!
