My Students

My students are a wonderful group of children. They love reading, writing, math and learning about the world around them. We work hard to develop a happy and supportive classroom culture. We are a team! We build each other up and help each other reach their potential. My students are great kids striving to do great things each day.

My students love being at school!

As we continue to navigate a world of COVID, we are working on providing individualized materials and a safe place for children to learn. Despite our challenges, we are working hard to grow and improve each day!

My Project

The first part of my project is to get materials needed to help students with the spread of COVID-19. They will use face masks, hand sanitizer and Clorox wipes to continually keep our classroom safe and clean to work and learn. Teaching during a pandemic, I need to do all that I can to keep my students safe and help prevent spreading as much as possible.

Working together and collaborating can be accomplished with the rest of this project.

The second part of my project is to create these spaces where students can work together at dry erase tables and be creative as they collaborate. With the erasers and dry erase markers, students can sit at these tables and work together. They can be creative as they write right on the table. The stools will be used to help create a welcoming environment where students can gather and work.

The other materials on my project are basic classroom needs. We go through a lot of pencils and are in need of a few more headphones to have a complete classroom set. During this difficult pandemic time, this project will help our classroom greatly and help give my students resources that they need but also other resources to make learning fun and engaging.
