My Project
3-D printing is becoming more and more common as a form of Manufacturing products for classroom materials and manipulatives. 3-D printing is becoming one of the great uses of technology in the classroom. We are living in a world that's moving at a faster pace every generation and using 3-D printing helps our world manufacture goods in the fastest way possible.
Our students we teach are living in a world dominated by devices and apps, from social life to learning, the digital world is where our students exist.
3-D printing can give teachers easy access to manipulatives and customized learning materials to help engage students in learning.
Having our students take part in the design, development, and manufacturing process will give our students a valuable skillset they need when the enter the workforce in our world dominated by technology.
Our students will be able to research and create materials other teachers and students need to enhance their learning in the classroom. They will be able to create math learning manipulatives, or fidgets, and other items to help students with academic or social/emotional learning goals.
