My students need more supplies for all of the wonderful art projects we do in class to enhance their learning experience. These include glitter painters, dough, flowers, beads, buttons, wiggle eyes, and a drying rack.

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students love to do art and I love to enhance their learning experiences through art. The students enjoy painting, drawing, coloring and make collages to express themselves.
My students are a Kindergarten class at a Title 1 public school.
They are wonderful and enthusiastic students who love to learn. Art always adds a special aspect to whatever subject we are learning about and with all of the budget cuts, it would be wonderful to have more resources for art supplies.
My Project
My students will be able to express themselves through art in so many different ways. With art programs being cut throughout the school district, I hope to be able to offer my students more learning experience through art. And for the students whose verbal skills might be limited, art is an amazing way for them to express themselves.
Art is fun and a great way for kids to learn.
I work very hard teaching my students to read, write and learn all of their core subjects. I would like to have the opportunity to also do more art projects so they will enjoy school even more.
