This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goal is to reward struggling students and give them light at the end of the tunnel. I teach a multi categorical class that contains students who struggle with behavior. They spend most of the day in my special education class room. I want to reward progress academically, reinforce positive behavior, and most of all, effort.
Criteria will be set up for completion of work and proper behavior will buy them time on the Xbox gaming system.
It will be the ultimate reward and motivate them to do the best they can.
