My Project
High school students have different, and often tougher, challenges than previous generations. Our trainees not only work on earning their industry-based certification but they participate in resume workshops, mock interview skills training, financial literacy, and so much more. We educate our trainees about all the options in front of them - college, straight-to-work, or joining a registered apprenticeship!
We want all of our trainees to finish their training with us as well-rounded, young adults who are able to make informed decisions about their future choices!
This upcoming Spring semester, we will host a "Signing Day" in which industry professional and local apprenticeship training facilitators will join us in celebrating trainees who are making the leap from high school education to on-the-job education all while earning pay - a registered apprenticeship! This Apple Watch and charger will be a reward for one lucky trainee who elects to sign and join a registered apprenticeship program.
