it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Every year, there is so much emphasis on testing and passing test scores, very rarely do our students get the chance to experience literature in a fun way. Reading is so important to a child's future. I would like to have novel studies throughout the school year. These novel studies will allow me to teach every literature standard within the novels. The book "Wonder" by R.J. Palacio will inspire empathy and kindness while challenging my students to read and respond on a higher level. With your help I will be able to have a class set for my students.
