My Students
Our students come from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and ability levels. Our school is a Title I school, and we have many English Language Learners. Many students come from a disadvantaged background.
There is a wide range of individual needs - from students with learning disabilities, behavioral, speech and language disorders to students with Autism.
Despite these challenges, we all put forth our best efforts every day, making the most of the limited supplies we have been given!
My Project
This EiE Bubble Bonanza kit is an "excellent inquiry-based STEM curriculum for use in informal settings outside of class, teaching students thinking and reasoning skills needed for success. Built around the engineering design process, EiE teaches kids how to solve problems systematically." Students will question, design, build and test their model bubble wands.
What an engaging task young minds would have by designing and then creating their own amazing bubble wands.
Imagine the excitement on testing day when students will use the wands to create a bonanza of bubbles! Younger students can watch with amazement and will eagerly await their turn to create.
