This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I am an early childhood special education teacher of active, adorable, exceptional 3-5 yr olds.
My students attend a Title I campus.
At their young age, socialization and language-based activities are important. My students are young children who have qualified as having one of more disabilities. They can enter the program at 3 years of age to receive early interventions to help them develop in social, language, fine and gross motor skills and pre-academic skills, with possibilities of exiting the program in their kinder age year.
My Project
Flexible seating is going to be important upon the student's return to the classroom.
The flex space wobble chairs will be another way of setting up different learning stations using distancing in a different and fun purposeful way upon their return to the classroom.
The students will be able to wobble with a purpose, the wobble chairs are excellent for balance control and posture while doing their activities spaced out more then usual during this time. The 3-5 yr olds can wobble with purpose, with the many different reason they would be greatly appreciated.
