My Project
In my middle school classroom, I strive to create an environment where all students feel empowered to learn and grow. However, I’ve noticed that traditional seating can often hinder engagement and focus, especially for students who have difficulty sitting still for long periods. That’s why I’m excited about introducing wobble stools as a flexible seating option. These stools encourage subtle movement, which helps students channel their energy and stay focused on their work.
Additionally, I believe in giving students choices in their learning environment to promote independence and ownership.
Offering wobble stools alongside traditional seating options empowers students to decide what works best for them. Whether they need to wiggle while brainstorming or sway slightly during group discussions, these stools will help create a classroom atmosphere that is adaptable, inclusive, and dynamic.
