This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are the best! I wouldn't ask for anything different. They are just short of amazing! My students are energetic, loving, kind and active! When I enter the classroom, my students ready and eager to learn. I work in a low-income community in the South Bronx. They may not have much, but when they enter my classroom, I like to make sure they have the world. My students are respectful and helpful to anyone who walk through the door. And at the end of the day, kids are going to be kids.
They love to sing, dance, play and move around!
My Project
These wobble stools will help create an inviting environment. In my classroom, students will have the ability to choice which place will help them learn the best. Having this choice allows the students to take control of their learning. But it also allows them to feel comfortable knowing that you don't have to sit still to learn. In my classroom students will take ownership. This will make my students the most success learner, not only in my classroom and in future classrooms. I am growing a classroom of future successful lifelong learners. But it all starts by taking the step outside of the box.
