Wobble While We Learn!

Help me give my students an outlet for their wiggles! Wobble cushions help students stay focused and be comfortable when they are working at their desks or when sitting on the floor; especially great for students with ADHD.

My Students

I am the Talent Development teacher at suburban elementary school. I serve academically and intellectually gifted student as well as high achieving students in kindergarten through 5th grade.

The racial breakdown at my school is 65% African American, 17% Hispanic, and 10% White.

My school is 53% free and reduced lunch. We need your help to make sure more students have access to quality materials!

My Project

This year, all students in my school returned for in-person instruction! We are thrilled to be back in the school together. Over half of my students learned from home last year. Now that we are back, I have noticed that many of my students are struggling with staying seated and focused while learning in a classroom.

Students need to be comfortable and have an outlet for their wiggles and anxiety while their learn; wobble cushions will give them this outlet.

Students can sit on the cushion in their chair or on the floor. Then can hug the cushion or choose to put it under their feet.

Wobble cushions will benefit all students, but they will be especially helpful for my students with ADHD, anxiety, or excess energy. Please help me make my students comfortable while they learn!
