My Project
In essence, wobble cushions offer a versatile tool for promoting active sitting, improving posture, enhancing focus, and supporting sensory needs.
The instability of the cushion encourages users to engage their back and core muscles to maintain balance, leading to better posture and stronger core muscles.
Using a wobble cushion for balance and coordination activities can help develop gross motor skills and improve overall body awareness.
By providing a way to move subtly while seated, wobble cushions can help reduce fidgeting and allow individuals to channel restless energy constructively.
Wobble cushions can provide proprioceptive and vestibular input, which can help individuals with sensory processing challenges better regulate their sensory input and improve their overall sensory integration.
