Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My goals throughout the year are to increase my students' confidence, be able to add visuals to anchor charts to help my students who are learning English, and allow students to be creative as they learn!
A donation to this project will help increase students academic achievement in numerous ways.
The portable anchor chart display and dry erase board will allow me to work with small groups and teach mini lessons to help students who may be struggling to fully grasp the lessons. It will also allow me to display student work (which increases confidence in the classroom). Colored pencils, crayons, and scissors will contribute to students academic projects we will be completing throughout the year!
