This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students are a vibrant group of scholars. They are a group of hard-working, talented, and energetic students that love to come to school. They are constantly asking questions, exploring, and making sense of the world around them, all while learning a second language.
My students love to sing, dance, laugh and express their learning.
Something that we pride ourselves on at our school is the joyful learning happening in all classrooms! What we may lack in resources we try our best to give our students other opportunities to learn and grow.
My Project
These third grade students have worked so hard up until this time of the year. They truly enjoy learning, growing and having fun. As a reward for all of their efforts and hard work, I would like to host a winter party. We will have hot cocoa with fun marshmallows, winter coloring books and gift them winter hats and gloves. Not only will student have the opportunity to socialize with one another, they will be gifted a winter item that they need. We will enjoy a time of much needed relaxing and fun!
