Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have a wonderful group of third-grade students who work hard all year! This year we have large classroom sizes and it is challenging to ensure everyone gets the right amount of positive feedback. Students work as a team to earn a class craft. We are a fine and performing arts school so weaving the arts into all areas of our curriculum is an important part of our curriculum.

I would love to reward my students' hard work with a winter fun craft of building a snowman and creating tri-ramas.

Students earn magnetic candy to add to our candy jar and when we reach the magic number they get to create a craft, I am also requesting a class set of earbuds so all my students can listen to online resources without interfering with their peer's learning.
