Winter Concert 2018

Help me give my students the equipment they need for performance. This year we have an influx of percussionists. We need your help to provide students with the percussion instruments needed to fully perform their winter and spring concert.

The AR band needs your help.

We are asking you to help us with our pursuit of excellence. In a small rural school such as ours we often do not have the funding to get some of the many tools we need to help us continue to grow musically and achieve an excellent performance. As many of you know, band students are extremely hard working. The students here at AR have consistently, year to year, improved in their performances. This upcoming semester we are asking for sheet music and some extra equipment. This is the basis of what we do and new music is always needed to keep it fresh please consider helping us with the purchase of new music for our students.

My Project

We need equipment for our growing percussion students. Percussion students have to learn to play many different instruments, so many that as a teacher it is hard for me to expect them to own all of these instruments. Please help supplement their efforts and purchase these percussion instruments for our growing percussion section.

These items include siren whistles, shakers, and mallets for our newly purchased vibraphone!

We need these for our ever-growing amount of mallet players and for our Latin sounding pieces we are performing on our winter concert.

My hope is that you find this a worthy cause for our percussion students.
