Wildcats' Badminton

Help me give my students badminton racquets and shuttlecocks for the ability to learn the game of badminton.

My Students

I believe our school has the best students. Most of my students come from large families and they are very caring and helpful. They understand the value of community and family. We are a small school and in a rural population so that comes with many challenges such as extra currircular activities. Most of my students do not have the financial means to join clubs outside of school so it is very important for me as an educator to have the tools to provide for my students.

My Project

I will introduce a fun activity that all students can enjoy outside of PE. Most of my students have never played the game. I think it is important to try new things and this will give the students an opportunity to learn a new game and prepare those students who are interested in playing for middle or high school teams.

Students can use the equipment to develop skills need to play the game of badminton and to learn about the rules of badminton.

Students will learn to work in a team and demonstrate good sportsmanship. Students will also learn to use strategies playing the game.
