Wild About Organisms

Help me give my students a clean, safe home for the organisms we have been studying in science.

My Project

My students are inquisitive children who are developing the art of observation through our state's science program (AMSTI). We have been learning about what living organisms need in order to survive. We have also had the pleasure of learning about the structures of fish, pond snails, and freshwater plants that help them survive. Now that it is time to begin another unit, my students have asked, "What are we going to do with our organisms now?"

The unit of study has been completed, but my students are still making connections and inquiring about the organisms.

Since they are still making discoveries, I would like to provide a permanent, safe, clean home for our fish, snails, and plants to continue to thrive in our classroom. Right now, they are housed in temporary science pails that will have to be returned soon. Please help me extend the learning in this unit by providing aquariums and supplies to keep the learning going!
