Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are a very active group. They are energetic and love to wiggle around. They often stand or work on the floor because their school chair is too uncomfortable or not close enough to the board for them. They like to be able to squirm or move.
These flexible seating options give the students the ability to wiggle and get the movement that will activate their brains while working.
My students being comfortable is a big aspect in how they learn and I want to create an engaging classroom where my students want to come everyday and are ready to learn.
