My Students

My inquisitive third graders are always searching to reach outside their comfort zone to learn more about a world full of possibilities.

They are curious, confident, and striving to become community leaders.

The majority of my students have a variety of obstacles to overcome. They need extra care for their social, emotional, and physical needs. My class consists of a majority of ethnic and social backgrounds. Many families struggle financially. My students use their big hearts to support one another and celebrate each other's successes.

My Project

With your help, I'd love to transform my work station into a wiggly-wobbly paradise! My students are always on the move, but I'd love to keep them working while they move.

By adding bouncy ball seats and wobble stools to our classroom, you'd be helping add a whole new center for five students to work from while meeting their sensory needs.

That's five more wiggly bodies with the tools they need to wiggle while they work!

In this project is also bean bag filler. This will help give our peace corner a much needed facelift, as out current bean bags have gone flat.

All the seating in this project would meet so many needs for our class that I can't financially meet on my own. My kids are great at sharing the one wiggle cushion and stretchy band we have, but being able to help more students at once would be a classroom game changer!
