I teach a fun, active group of 25-second graders. They love to learn and work together. In second grade, we learn a lot of new skills every day. These students are eager to learn and apply their skills every day!
My students are on a variety of levels in the classroom.
They need engaging ways to practice the skills they are missing. My students that are reading above level need engaging ways to challenge their brains!
They need new and exciting experiences to keep them engaged in our curriculum. I like to provide them with experiences that will immerse them in the learning and teach them about the world we live in.
My Project
My students need wobble stools to help them focus while we are working and learning.
Students aren't meant to sit still in a desk all day.
Wobble stools will help them redirect their energy in a more focused manner. When they aren't thinking about getting up and moving, they can focus on the material better. Also, with wobble stools, we won't need to take as many breaks during the day. We can power through more material and get more learning done. They will be able to get their wiggles out while they are learning!
