My Project
Flexible seating options for students encourages a more student-centered, engaging and inclusive learning environment. Being able to provide these flexible seating options such as a classroom rug and wiggle seats/cushion chairs will allow for students to choose seating options that best support their learning styles, energy levels, and focus needs.
For many young students, movement and comfort play a big role in how well they can concentrate.
Flexible seating supports sensory/attention needs and also promotes collaboration and communication by making it easier for students to work together in different settings, rather than just at their desks.
