They learn and grow through hands-on projects, real life experiences, and technology. Learning is fun and exciting every day in our classroom.
Our community in Mesa, AZ is filled with amazing families that support our school and our students' learning. Our elementary school has just over 500 students with a wide range of ability levels and unique talents.
My Project
Stability balls are replacing chairs in classrooms all over the country. The benefits are staggering. Students who use stability balls benefit from improved posture and increased attentiveness in the classroom. Instead of leaning back in a chair and growing tired, students must sit up and be a part of the classroom. Balance is tested. Students who need to fidget while they focus have a great outlet! Stability balls provide students a way to wiggle in a controlled manner. Movement stimulates the brain and helps us stay awake and focused!
In an increasingly challenging academic world, students need a controlled way to move, wiggle and have more fun while they learn.
