My students are amazing kids who face many challenges both at home and at school. My students all have various disabilities, but they don't let their disabilities hold them back.
All of my students are unique but one thing is the same in each of them: they are active!
My students come from a variety of backgrounds and face many challenges before even entering our school. We work together every day to overcome those challenges and reach new heights. I work with about 50 special education students every week, reaching kids with various disabilities. My students love to move, explore and play!
My Project
My students need four Hokki stools and six Bouncy Bands to help them focus and learn. Hokki stools and Bouncy bands will allow my students to remain on task, while still allow them to wiggle, move, twist and turn in their seats.
Movement is so important for growing brains.
My children are constant movers and shakers and love anything that allows them to wiggle. Some of my students had the opportunity to use Hokki stools last year and often said how they thought every student needed one. Hokki stools and Bouncy bands will allow my students to become successful learners. My students will no longer be distracted with their need for movement. They will be able to wiggle and learn at the same time!
