Wifi is Down! How Can We Practice Our Coding Skills?
Help me give my students the opportunity to practice their coding skills by using a variety of unplugged games without the use of electronic devices.

My Project
I teach STEAM to all K-8 students in my school. They come to school with different experiences and knowledge but the one thing they all have in common is their passion for learning. They are hardworking, brave and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to solve real world problems.
My students are fearless when it comes to technology and they are always willing to try new things.
Since all of my classes are a mix of honors students, general education students, students with disabilities and English Language Learners, I incorporate a variety of learning strategies and learning options to ensure that each student's needs are met. Since learning how to code on a computer is very abstract, especially for the younger students and the spatial and bodily-kinesthetic learners, these games and activities will bring the different coding concepts to life. Plus, they don't need any electronic devices or the wifi to practice their coding skills with these games.
Since I teach all K-8 students, I can choose different games and activities that are appropriate to meet their needs.
