This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Costumes for the "Wide Mouth Frog" play will enhance the learning experience for 1st-grade students. By providing simple yet effective costumes, such as green shirts and hats with felt eyes and mouths, we can increase engagement, aid in character development, and boost self-confidence.
Just like the Gingerbread performance in Kindergarten, we are hoping to do a First Grade performance.
Since it is the first year we are doing this, we need all the supplies to help not only this year's students be able to perform this with costumes, but we will use them for years to come.
These costumes will transform the play into a more immersive experience, allowing students to fully embody their roles and express themselves creatively.
