Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My high school has a high percentage of students who are first generation Americans coming from foreign language speaking homes. Over 10% of the school population are in JROTC.
While many students have a basic English understanding, this device will help us with those wo do not or are simply too new to English.
Besides Spanish, we have had students who speak French, Tagolog, and Ukranian.
The sports equipment requested it simply to replenish some of the items that have simply worn out over the years.
