Help me give my students these calming items for my classroom. I need to revamp my calming area. Kiddos carry a lot of stress and teaching them strategies at a young age, is very important!

My Project

Kiddos are having a tough time learning the best strategy for them, to get their mind straight and how to deal with all of their feelings. It is very important to teach them how to find the correct strategy for them at a young age. Stress and emotions, do not go away. However learning ways to calm yourself and get a level head, is the best way to deal with these emotions. Letting them know that we have these feelings, but we can control them is key. I think these items will really bring a wide variety of calming techniques for them to use.
