Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
My students will begin first grade this school year. At school, they are supported and challenged to always take it a step further. There they thrive with instruction, encouragement, love, and JOY! School is where they enter eagerly to have their first meal of the day. My kiddos depend on the breakfast, lunch, and hot supper programs our school provides to fill their bellies. We are a Title 1 school with a 100% free lunch program. Despite the many challenges at this time, these kiddos will attempt to tend to their remote learning from home.
My kiddos would benefit from age-appropriate learning tools to help them thrive academically from home.
I'd love to gift my students with the tools they need to approach this new school year with fewer distractions in many of their multi-family or extended family homes. Adequate tools to fill this distance learning journey with academic growth is what my students will need most. Please be part of our academic success team and support our academic needs.
My Project
My students and I are excited to return to school! Help them stay focused with these super cute owl earphones. Getting to work will be made much easier by eliminating noisy distractions around them. Under these new conditions, my kiddos are finding themselves in households full of family and extended family members sharing the same space all day long. Earphones will help them continue their learning while others work around them as well.
