Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

I teach 3rd grade in a very low income school. We are almost 100% free lunch. The children come from homes where English is not spoken. They have many obstacles to overcome and the academic playing field does not often provide them with the best opportunities.

How well do you remember the struggle of learning math facts...subtraction, multiplication, division? Did flash cards bore you? My 18 3rd graders don't know their math facts! I'm looking for a fun motivating way to get them excited about learning and remembering those facts!

The Math Whiz electronic math game has 8 levels of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division to help my kids master those facts! Picture flash cards 100x more fun! I hope to motivate my students to become fact masters with this game, along with recognition of their successes.

Your support of this project will help ensure that my students master those facts! Math facts are the basis for all math problems and higher level math. Please know that your donation will help provide a great resource for all my students! Without your generous donation we would not be able to supply these to the students.
