My students in Philadelphia are working hard to take a strong step into learning! We work together in a public school where most families are low-income. As a new teacher, I want to provide them with as many opportunities as I am able to to help them discover their passions, learn and grow!

My Project
Lined whiteboards will help my Kindergarten students develop and grow in so many ways!
1.
We can practice the necessary skill of writing on lined paper without using an abundance of primary journals!
2. Writing on a whiteboard helps foster fine motor development and reduces the stress some students may experience when writing on paper. I love the ability to wipe away a letter or number and try again and so do my students!
3. I can engage my students in writing activities that are fun and exciting!
