Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
A new teacher in need of some materials. These items are needed to do more hands on activities with students. Visually seeing their work will help them tackle challenging problems and better comprehend topics. We currently do not have enough markers for students and we do not have write boards.
Whiteboards provide a large, clear space for students to work out math problems visually.
This can help them better understand complex concepts, visualize equations, and see the step-by-step process of solving a math problem. Writing on a whiteboard can be more engaging and interactive than simply working on paper or a computer. It encourages active participation, and students can physically interact with the material, which can enhance their understanding and retention of math concepts.
