My Students

Intelligent, creative, independent, studious, and a little whacky. These are words I would use to describe our 7th & 8th-grade students at our middle school.

Our students walk into the classroom every single day with a desire and passion to investigate, collaborate, and discover all they can before the final bell rings.

They are an inspiring bunch who are not afraid to ask questions and take risks. Mature beyond their years, they recognize the importance of every educational opportunity set before them and always strive to do their best at every turn. It's for these reasons that they deserve every chance to succeed.

My Project

Think back to your days in middle school. How many times did you feel the need to doodle on your desk? How many times did your teacher catch you right in the middle of your magnum opus? What if instead of stifling your creativity, your teacher encouraged you to draw all over the table to your heart's content?

With your help, we can make the classroom of every student's dream!

For this project, I am requesting two whiteboard tables and enough dry erase markers to last years.

In my tiny classroom, collaborative workspace is limited. With whiteboard tables, my students will gain valuable space to work together, sketch out their ideas, and bring their learning to the next level! Class will become more fun and interactive as students will be able to capture their learning in a new way!
