My Project

I want my students to leave first grade with a love of school and a passion for learning.

I teach in a Title I school where 60% of our students receive free or reduced lunch.

I have a diverse group that comes to school every day excited and ready to learn. I hope to encourage this love of learning in my students through engaging lessons, materials, and technology.

My first grade students need whiteboards for class and headphones for our chromebooks to improve engagement and reduce distractions during literacy and math rotations. This will provide many opportunities for my students to listen to fluent reading , build vocabulary, and improve their literacy and math skills!
