Help me give my students the gift of whiteboard tools. Whiteboard markers and erasers are always in need in our classroom. The 52 pack of markers will be put to good use!

My Students

In my math class, I see four groups of students each day. We work very hard to get a true understanding of math standards and concepts. My 5th graders are an inquisitive group who need to be challenged and engaged at all times. One way to meet their needs is through showing work on whiteboards!

We are hard-working, creative thinkers, who would love the opportunity to receive whiteboards/tools!

These 5th graders are problem-solvers, innovators, and love to incorporate math into every day learning. Math is all around us...let's give the students an opportunity to do real-world problems using interactive whiteboards!

My Project

We are in such a need for whiteboard markers. No matter how many times I say to put the lid on tight...somehow it doesn't happen! There is nothing worse than writing on a whiteboard with a dull marker.

Whiteboard markers will give us the opportunity to solve math problems in a visual way.

Students will be able to see the strategies that students used to solve problems. Students can compare and contrast solutions which will give them another perspective of problem solving. As the teacher I will be able to quickly monitor and see who understands the problem and who needs re-teaching. Using whiteboards is an interactive way to solve problems that students LOVE to use!
