This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These whiteboards will allow my students to demonstrate their graphing skills, easily revise their graphs, and compare graphs with each other. In math my students are graphing linear equations and completing transformations, while my biology students are graphing data and both classes are able to use the blank reverse side to create diagrams and models of their work.
Having whiteboards with grids already on them ensures that students are able to accurately graph data.
Pre-printed grids take the guess work out of ensuring spacing is accurate. The size of these whiteboards makes seeing them across the room easier than smaller boards allowing me to spot check a group while working with a different group and for students to share and inspire ideas in each other.
